“There was NOTHING to Dislike!! First Class Hotel.... My Room was Massive, Food was Great and they Allowed me to have a Package (Records) sent to the Hotel prior to my Arrival, Which was Really Kind of Them... Next Time in Olympia will be at the Double Tree - Hilton....”

“Staff was friendly, parking on the property convenient, rooms and all property clean and breakfast was geeat with variety daily.”

“There was broken blinds, the coax cable was broken, no tv signal, dirty sink, no mattress cover. This was room 327. Front desk moved me to room 328. When I walked in room was dirty used and had not been cleaned, bed all undone and keys on counter. I had to go back to 327. Horrible experience I would like my money back. ”

“Hotel has issues with water boiler a lot and very common no hot shower water. If they get it working still not hot but like warm at best”

“The registration employee exhibited excellent customer service. The room was very clean and equipped to meet my needs as was the breakfast. The setting was especially serene with exceptional natural landscaping.. My next stay will be at a Comfort Inn.”
