The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Ydes, on the border between Corrèze and Puy-de-Dôme. It has a surface area of 80 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. You will have the ground floor to yourself. It comprises a lovely 37 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Miogot food processor, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha grill, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An 8 x 4 m private heated swimming pool, open from April 1 to September 30, equipped with a roller shutter
- A beautiful 1,000 m² private garden (not enclosed)

- A terrace by the pool with furniture for enjoying sunny days (deck chairs, dining area)

The house is ideally located in Ydes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions
