"I don't understand how it's possible that this hotel is a 5-star hotel. The room is embarrassing to say the least: dated and poorly maintained furniture, power outlets dangerously not adhering to the wall, unstable shower tray, broken shower cabin doors, a single towel, still the gel shower with very uncomfortable bags. Only appearance: a nice lobby and nothing else. 2-3 star hotel at most"
