I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business!”

“Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. “A lot of kids stayed for sports tournaments and the breakfast bar was a mess due to them and staff could not keep up. ”

“The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see. ”
