“整體來說非常失望！第一公寓酒店很難找，是在一幢商住大廈里，前台改了樓層也沒有在網站上更新，輾轉找了很久才找到前台，然後進住房間後才更吃驚！房間原來是共亨浴室廚房客廳，雖然價格不貴，但是也沒有便宜到要共享所有設施的程度吧！而且清潔程度極差，房間浴室客廳廚房內外都是發霉的痕跡，浴室地下還長期積水，上廁所要踩著一渦水才能上….. 總之，我絕對不會住第二次！”

“Great location as it is right by multiple metro lines. Especially good spot if you want to shop at Huaqiang Electronic World, which is right down the street. Love the on-site (free) laundry service (can be completely self-service or left with someone as well)! Rooms are pretty spacious enough for luggages but the double bed room for 4 people but is definitely on the tighter side. There was one night staff warned us of a short but planned black-out that was supposed to start 1:30AM but didn't...

“预订服务不满意！在网上预订的是大床房，因为到店时间原因联系前台变更联系人电话，前台先说不知道好订网，好不容易查到了预订信息，变更了联系人电话，到店后又说没有接到电话要求变更联系人，又说没有大床房，还说网站上大床房预定早已关闭。这次入住体验非常差！”
