“Extremely disappointing experience at the Marriott in Yiwu. My check-in time was 12:00 PM, but I arrived at 10:45 AM with two small children, including an 11-month-old baby. “My stay at this hotel was exceptional from arrival to departure. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options that catered to different cultures and tastes, which was a great touch. “The hotel is new renovated, in front of the connection between the district 2 and 3 of the Futian Market. It is clean and the breakfast is ok, even if only with chinese food. Washing machine and dryer available for free. Only chinese restaurants around.”

“Easily accessible…. . For taxi drivers. It’s not a known name. You must put Chinese name on the booking in Chinese language. So it’s more convenient to everyone. Hotel is opposite to the night market which is exciting. Breakfast is superb. Laundry is convenient T axis And transportation is convenient 30¥ to Futian market. ”

The bathroom is somehow a renovated balcony that faces the opposite buildings tenants bedrooms, kitchen. It was a strange and uncomfortable. A weird smell in the gallway. “This hotel is good considering the price you pay. I booked a business room. It was not as big as I have expected, but still comfy and clean, ( some stains on the carpet though). During my stay one of the two elevators was out of service, so I was not happy when I used the elevator because I had to wait for longer time, and some times there was no space for me to get in because it’s full of people. Breakfast was also ok. You can find something to eat. Overall the stay was OK and I might stay here...

“The room attendants were very poor. They were nothing like what was shown in the photos. There were black spots on the wall s and water leaked onto the floor. The customer service manager's attitude was bad when receiving the complaint. There were cigarette burn marks on the bedding.”
