I don’t know how I can put comments, we didn’t get to stay at the hotel , as they said our reservation had not been conformed by Hotels.com and the hotel’s people said they never have had a relation with Hotel.com
How is it that I booked a hotel in good faith for 3 nights which were paid for in advance only to be turned away as there was no record of the booking. So basically I paid for nothing and have not been able to get a refund as Hotels.com have a language problem with the hotel whose staff don’t speak English……very disappointed.
