The cover up was so strong in the hallways my kids were running thru the stairs and lobby to minimize breathing it all in. The response fm the hotel was they could put more air fresheners in our unit. After we left the hotel- ALL of our luggage smelled moldy and like it had been in a wet damp basement. “Every time I’m in Tokyo, I stay here. It’s convenient, decent for the price, and the staff is extremely friendly/helpful. So why stray away from that? Tip is that I upgrade my room to have more space and I blast the AC depending on the time of year I visit. I will always come back to this place. Looooooove it! ”
