“Not as great as we imagined. It’s inside a huge building with 6 or more hotels (that honestly looked way better than this one) The lobby is really small and weird, the breakfast is really bad and the room doesn’t make a lot of sense. Don’t stay here if you have big luggage. The staff is really nice and the location is amazing. But honestly there are way better options around. ”

I’d stayed in so many hotels across China, this one definitely stood out as one that went above and beyond in little ways that mattered—extra bottles of water, midnight snacks, free drinks, even provided free disposable facial wipes (first time seeing this). I utilized the robot room service option which was "fun" and really affordable. I had to leave for a tour before breakfast started, so I didn’t get to check that out...”

“We had a great stay. The room was nice and clean. I used the laundry room and found it convenient. There's Starbucks, family mart and even burger king below. It is a little far from chunxi area but we don't mind. Overall great, i will stay there again if i do come back.”

“Hotel location is conveniently located, just a short walk from Tianfu Square station (Exit E). Staffs are generally helpful and was also kind to safekeep our Taobao parcels. There is also complimentary luggage storage if you are travelling out of the city for a couple of days. Room was clean, hot water comes on quickly (esp helpful for this chilly weather) and water pressure is strong too. Only downside was the lifts, where there are several other hotels in the same building hence the waiting...
