I contacted this host to make sure the property is step free because I have an elderly grandma that is traveling with us that can’t walk on her own. she confirmed it was so we booked. Our flight was delayed so we arrived later than we thought and there were steps. I contacted the host and she said that is the only entrance but it shouldn’t be an issue. We tried calling her back asking for another entrance and she would not answer for 24 hours. We had to drive around in the middle of the night looking for a hotel that could accommodate my grandma. It has been a hassle all weekend to contacting the host and customer service trying to get a refund. The host kept telling customer service there was a step free entrance but would not tell us how to enter it. We stayed at a hotel the whole weekend due to lack of communication and plain lying. We have asked for a refund and the host says no because we refused to use the entrance, which we never did. We are leaving town today very disappointed and still not knowing how to enter the step free entrance.
