An absolutely beautiful home. The kitchen is amazing and was perfect for entertaining our guests. The house is beautifully appointed and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Best house I have ever rented!

This house was amazing! The location, view, the furniture, amenities and decor were all excellent! We rented this house for a long weekend stay in York, Maine. Our daughter was married at the Union Bluff House at Short Sands and this house is a 8 minute walk from to that area. Although the house is close, the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The house was very clean and the communication with the host was also excellent. I cannot say enough about this beautiful house.

Magnificent Wedding Gathering

We had a fabulous time at this magnificent home. 9 of us gathered for a long weekend wedding celebration, and we couldn’t have picked a better location. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need. Unseasonably warm November days allowed outdoor gathering and nights by the firepit. Everything about our stay was first rate and the owner and property manager were quick to respond to any questions. We were also able to work with the personal chef associated with the property, Nicole Galbadis. Nicole made us a wedding feast that was fabulous and she is a pleasure to work with. A great time was had by all and we have wonderful memories of our wedding and stay.

Just incredible..

The property was just incredible. The setting on the ocean was breathtaking. The kitchen was the most amazing aspect, with all the highest end appliances, cookware and provisions. What a place for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Last but not least the property manager Bruce was so attentive and helpful. Do not think twice about renting this amazing property.. On a five star scale,, this is Easily 6 stars.

My Dream Vacation!

Honestly, I have never enjoyed myself and my family more than I did this week at this magnificent property. The property itself had everything anyone could ask for including a private bathroom for four of the bedrooms! The amenities were top notch from the luxurious towels, the sound system throughout the home, and the wonderful television on the lower level that could be your children's movie theater. The front lawn was immaculately cared for and provided a perfect location for our grandchildren and children to play and frolic and the front porch was fabulous with afternoon shade! The property is within walking distance to Short Sands Beach (8 min stroll) and the town of York. I have never been happier with a host or caretaker! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a relaxing oceanside vacation.

Perfect Property and Location

The moment my wife walked on to the property she told me that it was her dream home. Everything about the house, location, and ocean was perfect and made our family reunion one to remember. Topping off the trip was our use of the property's private chef who put together two of the most incredible and memorable dinners in recent memory. If you are looking for the perfect Maine getaway, this is it.

Fun birthday celebration with friends

Stunning property with upscale amenities. View and convenience great! Would like to have more room on the back patio for large groups, and window treatments on the bathroom closet for private dressing. House manager very friendly, and Nicole’s meals were wonderful and plentiful. Overall fantastic memories with long time friends in a beautiful, spacious house.

This is a gorgeous home on an amazing piece of property. Simply put, you get what you pay for... and its even better in person! Best part of my day was waking up, climbing down the rocks out front and hoping into the ocean first thing in the morning :) My family and I will definitely be back!

Excellent - Perfect Oceanfront Retreat

This is by far the best appointed home we have ever rented. (We celebrated a birthday and there were even birthday candles in the pantry.) It was spotless. The house is magnificent - the sound of the ocean crashing on the rocks was amazing. We stayed during the COVID pandemic and did not want to dine out - a personal chef, Nicole, offers her services for this home and she was outstanding. The food she prepared was incredible - we asked her to just drop due to COVID and give us final prep instructions (she normally prepares the meal in the incredible house kitchen), she did this with ease while accommodating our need for gluten free choices. We would love to return. This property manager is doing everything right for the outstanding rental.

So Perfect

The place was perfect!! The views from inside the home and the large backyard are virtually better than any of the views we saw in Maine. Check in and check out were so convenient without a long list of things to do. It is obvious that rick prioritizes the experiences of the guests from the beginning to the end, from the cleanliness to a refrigerator full of drinks to a stocked kitchen full of many appliances and the complete home sonos sound system,We will definitely be staying here again.

AMAZED and IMPRESSED by the BEAUTY- of House and View

The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the house. Everything was immaculate, top of the line and brand new. Everything we didn't think to bring was there for us. It was so nice that the refrigerator was stocked with COLD beverages that everyone took advantage of. The views both day and night from the backyard were unbelievable. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the sunrise and night sky full of stars. We enjoyed a day at the beach (used the beach towels/ boogie board and sand toys) and a many of us walked into town (loved that their were bikes but no one used them). There were plenty of towels for showers and even soap and shampoo was provided. It was a short walk and the town is adorable. We went to the Nubble Lighthouse and ate mostly take out. We had a small issue and Bruce was there to take care of it within minutes! JUST an AMAZING experience--we never wanted to leave!! Thank you for creating and sharing this home with us!
