Splendidamente arredato, ristrutturato e completamente attrezzato. Questa casa si trova direttamente di fronte all'oceano con una magnifica vista dalla casa e un portico avvolgente. Goditi il relax della vista e dei suoni dell'oceano con il surf che si infrange sulle rocce sottostanti. Ci sono quattro spiagge nelle vicinanze, a pochi passi da Short Sands Beach e Long Sands Beach. Goditi la pesca proprio di fronte alla casa o concediti un bicchiere di vino mentre guardi la luna che sorge sopra l'Oceano Atlantico dal tuo portico privato. Viste incredibili! Suoni incredibili! Goditi tutto ciò che il Maine ha da offrire in questa casa vittoriana del New England restaurata, progettata e decorata su misura. Questa casa è la quintessenza del New England Maine!

Questa grande proprietà ha proprietari nuovi ed esperti e sarà ristrutturata con gusto durante l'inverno per offrire ai nostri ospiti della stagione 2020 molti nuovi miglioramenti. Sono in corso nuovi elettrodomestici di fascia alta, nuovo riscaldamento e aria condizionata, tutti i nuovi arredi e impianti, le ultime tecnologie e molti altri aggiornamenti di lusso / comfort in tutta la casa per garantire un soggiorno meraviglioso. Faremo anche miglioramenti esterni, tra cui parcheggio e servizi esterni estesi per i nostri ospiti.

My wife and I and two other couples had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The views are amazing. Everything worked out perfectly. For six adults that was plenty of room. Easy walk to the lighthouse and for those that jog it was a great run early in the morning. Anything we needed the on-site manager was quick to respond. Highly suggest staying here. Thank you.

Perfect weekend at the Broadway cottage

Great house for a family group with a large dining room table and comfy sitting areas. We played board games and ate meals together. Walking around the neighborhood is lovely.

A beautiful place to relax and enjoy

A beautiful property perched above the ocean. Our favorite part of the house was the screened in porch above the ocean. Even our rainy days were great as we watched the storm roll in from the ocean. The house is well stocked, the beds were comfy and the communication from Peter (owner) and Paula (property manager) were top notch. Our teenage girls and friends loved the proximity to be able to walk to the beach, town and ice cream. We look forward to a return visit.

Great Family Vacation

This beach cottage is a fabulous gem. A bit smaller than the photos would lead you to believe, but the amazing wrap-around porch, 1/3 of which is screened, made up for it. We were visiting extended family and had 10-12 people at the house at all times. The view is breath-taking. It is walking distance to Short Sands Beach and all the shops and restaraunts. Also walking distance to the Nubble Lighthouse. I highly reccommend!

Great Location for Sibling Weekend Getaway

Annually my siblings, spouses and adopted friends try to get together for a nice weekend away to enjoy the location, great food and a few beverages. This place was perfect. Plenty of beds to accommodate the group of 10. Beautiful ambiance with the ocean backdrop. Nice screened in porch to keep the mosquitos at bay. Plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. Thanks for the great location!

The house was wonderful and the location was perfect. Weather did not cooperate. But we had a great time. Would recommend to a group. Best supplied house I have stayed in. Just gave to be careful on the stairs.

Gorgeous View

This is a beautiful old house with an absolutely gorgeous view! My family had never been to Maine before, so we had no idea how pretty the area was. Many houses in the area have views of other houses, but not this one! We had a sweeping view of ocean crashing on rocks, and it was so gorgeous it didn’t look real. The house was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked enough to cook meals if you want. Our favorite part of the house was the screened-in porch that has relaxed seating as well as a table and chairs for meals. We ate several meals at the table and drank coffee in the relaxed seating all while enjoying the view. The screened area has latches on the doors, so we didn’t worry about our dog getting out either. We hope to return someday!

Gorgeous home lacking some basic housekeeping

A beautiful home with an incredible view, conveniently located. Communication with the assistant property manager was very difficult through the booking process, with long delays in responses and some unreturned voice mails. After check in, communication with the on-site property manager was fantastic, with Paula being very friendly and very responsive. Couple of cons: overhead ceiling fan and light were broken from the get go, and would have had to been replaced mid-stay in order to work. We were told that if the fridge was open too long it could stop working for a couple of days. Also told that the ice machine “may or may not work”. There were also two instances of previous guests’ dirty underwear and stripped linens in a closet and in drawers, and cigarette butts in the grill, which had an empty and open propane tank attached to it. This did call into question how well the house was sanitized before we checked-in. Overall a very nice stay, but we’ll probably look elsewhere for a cleaner option next time.

Wonderful Seaside Getaway

Beautiful location- walking distance to the beach and York shops. Enjoyed the screened porch for lunch and just listening to the waves crash onto the rocks. 6 of us stayed there and did not need the third floor! Plenty of room for families. Comfortable space and furniture. Driveway is a bit tricky if you have a large vehicle. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you!!

Winter Wonderland

The owner (Peter) and caretaker (Paula) were so easy to work with and quick to respond. Our group have been friends for over 35 years and wanted a winter weekend together - this lovely home was perfect! Paula met us, showed us around, offered recommendations, and has the best personality to go along with her infectious laugh and humor! The home was immaculate and the view spectacular. We walked to the lighthouse and throughout the ghost town neighborhood - great time of year to book! Nobody was around. Watching the moon rise over the ocean, hearing the waves crash, taking in the view, and spending quality time with friends made this a very special place. Thank you so much! We'll be back.

Beautiful House

This property is beautiful. The house worked out perfectly for our family. It is decorated wonderfully and equipped with everything we needed. This is THE house to rent if you want to experience life on the rocky Atlantic coast of Maine. Spectacular views, comfortable furnishings and a wrap-around porch. We highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay & gorgeous view!

My family and I had such a great stay. We loved the updates that have been done to the house, but also loved the original charm. And that view! It’s incredible. You can take a short walk to the beach and downtown of York, and to Dunne’s ice cream. Little farther and you can walk to the lighthouse. House was cozy and kitchen was fully equipped. Parking required a little maneuvering since we had 3 cars, but it wasn’t a big deal. Paula, the property manager was very responsive to any questions during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and we’d love to come back!!
