There is also a sunroom with both a twin and trundle bed. There are two bathrooms, one on the 2nd and one on the 3rd floor, and a washer/dryer too!

The apartment below is a 1 bedroom (with a twin and trundle located in the living area)and is very nice. The entire home sleeps 18 total with upstairs bedrooms offering 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 full. The full bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle bed(3 beds total). The sunroom located right off the living room has a twin plus tin with a trundle(3 twins total). The Apartment bedroom has one full bed, and that apartment's main room has a twin, plus a twin with a trundle(3 twins)The living room couch is a fold-out mattress providing two more spaces to sleep. Lots of privacy between the two, separate entrances, as well as separate patios with a picnic table for each one of you to enjoy separately, or together, if you so wish. There are 3 bathrooms total, including a 3/4 bath in the downstairs apartment (shower only, no bathtub).
