Questo tesoro sull'oceano offre le migliori vacanze al mare. Con ampie vedute sull'Oceano Atlantico, il Sea View conserva molte delle sue affascinanti caratteristiche del 1900 come la perlina originale e i pavimenti in legno, ma è stato magnificamente rinnovato e vanta una cucina moderna, bagni e altro ancora.

Una casa ideale in cui fuggire, sia che tu stia cercando di scappare da tutto o di vivere un'avventura! Goditi un caffè mattutino sul divano d'altalena vintage della tua veranda o gioca a croquet sul prato tentacolare con la famiglia e gli amici.

Questa casa ha quattro camere da letto, una cucina a vista, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, due bagni. Inoltre, c'è un'incantevole tana frontale con pareti di perline originali e un ampio portico. Our whole family stayed at this sweet cottage facing the Atlantic and a short walk to Short Sands beach and the Nubble Lighthouse. With eight of us it was a very full house but everyone was comfortable. We were there during unusually hot (90 degrees+) temps in June and made much use of window fans on the 2nd floor where three of the bedrooms are and then the two large air conditioners on the first floor . Even though the temps cooled down at night we still could have used an AC on the second floor for sleeping. Otherwise, every other amenity was provided and the kitchen was wonderful. We all had a great time playing ball on the large front lawn and loved being able to sit in the provided Adirondack chairs at the edge of the ocean out directly in front of the cottage. Our hosts were delightful and available for any questions or needs we had. Bests hosts we've ever had at a rental. We have already made plans to return next year!

The property was perfect for us along with adult children. The location was perfect! We loved being able to walk to the beach, town and lighthouse. We had everything we needed. House was very well stocked.

My sister and I took my mother to ME for a long weekend and had an excellent experience staying at the Sea View! The pictures don’t do the house justice - just the perfect mix of a classic coastal home with modern renovations that give you all the comfort you need. The house was very clean with comfortable beds and linens and a well stocked kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the waves. We’d definitely return!

This property was fantastic. Perfect for my family with two small children and my sister-in-laws family. So close to short sands beach and only minutes walking distance to the town and wild kingdom. Great front lawn area as well for the kids to play on. Will definitely be going back!

The house was amazing with excellent views and very a nice interior. We had a very rainy weekend but it didn't matter because the house was so nice, clean and roomy we really enjoyed it. We had a lot of family time with dinners/movies together and totally enjoyed the house. Ed was very friendly and good to deal with if we had an issue. I can't wait to rent it again and hopefully get to enjoy the lovely front porch. The house is amazing!

A charming home with the most beautiful view of the ocean. The home was very clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The property managers, Barbara and Ed, were very accommodating and communicative. Can’t wait to get back here next year !

Had a family getaway in York in September and stayed at Sea View for 3 nights. Enjoyed every minute we were there. House is well updated and had everything we needed. Ed was great to work with before during and after our stay.

Love York in September! The house had spectacular ocean views and the house was clean and well stocked! It was updated but still had that old home feel. Can’t wait to come back!

The Sea View, a great home in pristine condition with a beautiful view of the ocean, sunrise and sunset all from the same point. The rocky coastline is right out the front door and Short Sands beach is 100 yards down the road. Town is an easy walk. The home easily accommodated our 6 adults and 2 babies. We really enjoyed the Sea View. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful, inside and out. Ed was a great host. We loved it.

What a wonderful place to stay! The house is right on the Ocean and a short walk to short sands. House is very clean and updated. Did not have to bring linens or bath towels. The King size beds were so comfortable. I would recommend this place very highly!

Very nice rental property. Top shelf appliances. Well maintained. Everything worked well. We would definitely consider renting the same property again in the future.
