Cose da fare e luoghi da visitare: a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro città. Non devi guidare. Questa casa dispone di un sacco di parcheggio, ampio cortile, avvolgente portico degli agricoltori e cortile cortile. Questo è il posto perfetto per scappare. Una volta in centro ci sono molti negozi tra cui scegliere. Hai la possibilità di giocare a bowling, giocare a giochi arcade, negozi al dettaglio e tutti i diversi tipi di ristoranti tra cui scegliere. Inoltre c'è un parco divertimenti con giostre e uno zoo, che è divertente per tutta la famiglia.

Il check-in è alle 15:00. Il check-out è alle 11:00. Nessuna eccezione.

Affitti settimanali vanno da SABATO A SABATO. Se disponibili, è possibile aggiungere ulteriori tariffe notturne al noleggio settimanale. Le tariffe tipiche sono $ 350 per notte / minimo 3 notti. Questo è solo in bassa stagione.

Questa proprietà è a 5 min. raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Short Sands e il centro di York Beach. Ci sono marciapiedi ben illuminati dalla nostra proprietà al centro della città. Freeman St. è una strada tranquilla e corre parallela alla rte 1a (capo Neddick Rd).

We have not received our $500 security deposit. It has been 6 weeks since our stay. I have emailed the owner twice but have had no response regarding our security deposit. We have been renting houses in York for many years and have never had this issue. The house is old and in need of updating but everything was working.

This cottage is well located near the sand short beach as written, kitchen is well equiped (but miss a lobster pot), home appliances are also recent and work well. But very desapppointed that this is NOT for 12 guests, only for 11 persons. The room with the sink only have one twin bed, not a double bed as described. So, we had to buy a pneumatic mattress during our stay. The owner never aswer me back about that when i wrote to him during our stay. The house in general is not in good condition, need a big cleaning and furnitures are very used.

House was close to the beach and shopping. Owner communicated with me over a year ago. Check-in smooth and house had plenty of room for 12 people. Large front porch was the place we hung out and spent alot of our time. Back yard great to BBQ and play yard games.

Older home but lots of space, plenty of parking and great backyard for getting children out of house and off screens. We brought a $50 portable volleyball/ badminton net, whiffle ball, frisbee and children were playing outside all day and night. Five minute walk to Short Sands beach, 7 mins to playground. I have rented a lot of homes through VRBO. This was without question the best supplied with basics that you don't need to replenish after a few days....dishwashing/ laundry detergent, paper towels and quality toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Great value.

Think we have found our new family vacation place! Plenty of house space/parking for all of us (9 adults & kids). Having the backyard to play games / hangout was awesome. Owner was great if we needed anything. Short walk to the beach, downtown or York Animal Kingdom. Appreciated the 6 bedrooms for everyone to have their personal space. Large front porch to hang out on. Will definitely be back. Felt like home away from home. Thanks for allowing us to rent your property and have a wonderful family vacation!

This is our 4th year staying in this house and we love it! When we walk in, all of the kids say "it feels like we are home". It is a very short walk to Short Sands beach, a short drive to Cape Neddick beach (the kids love looking for hermit crabs at low tide) and near all of the fun shops and restaurants in York Beach. The house itself is huge, plenty of room for our 4 adults and 6 kids. It is an older home, which is kept very clean but it is definitely "lived in". We like that for the kids! It sits on a double lot and the back yard is off of a dead end street so the kids can play safely outside. We enjoy our stays here very much!

We had 12 people stay at the house. There was plenty of room. Loved that there was a bedroom on the first floor for my parents who have trouble with stairs. The backyard was very private. It was large enough to play some yard games. There was also plenty of seating in the living room to fit most all of us comfortably. The bedrooms were all also good sizes, which was great because we had three babies all in pack n plays with us. I can't say enough good things. We look forward to returning next year!

This house was a great stay for our family trip from the West coast! The rooms were large and the yard was awesome for our kids to play, and for a family barbeque. It was so close to the beach, playground, and the downtown location shopping and fun things to do. Great location!! They were very accommodating and very kind, responded quickly to our questions and needs. We will definitely keep this house bookmarked for when we plan it next trip back!
