“Super clean and big rooms Staff was very supportive It’s just a 5 mins walk from York train station and 15 mins walk to York Minster, Train museum and into the city centre….”

“The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...

“Fantastic hotel. Staff are really friendly. They treated our daughter to a chocolate bar for her birthday. The pantry of treats for guests is fantastic too. The rooms are lovely. The food is great. A great atmosphere. We will be back. ”

“Lovely apartment in a historic building, ideally located just outside the city centre, but within easy walking distance of all places of interest in York. Nice touch of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the fridge - a good sign that the hosts are attentive. The apartment itself is well furnished and equipped, and really does feel like a home from home. Overall, thoroughly recommended.”
