Recentemente rinnovato 3 camere da letto 1 bagno ranch / cottage - nuovo al mercato degli affitti 2019! 4 minuti a piedi diretti e veloci per la spiaggia! Situato al largo di Beacon St su lotto privato.
Posizione centrale sulla spiaggia di Premiere!
Cucina recentemente ristrutturata, Cottage molto pulito e confortevole! Cucina / soggiorno a pianta aperta, ampia veranda per una lettura o un pisolino tranquilli! e un ampio cortile e ponte paesaggistici. Parcheggio fuori strada per 3 auto. 2 letti queen size, 2 letti singoli e futon. Cucina completamente attrezzata, grill a gas e tavolo e sedie da esterno. Doccia esterna, strada privata, cortile sicuro per far giocare i bambini!
Wi-fi e tv via cavo forniti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice fornite e anche aria condizionata !. I letti hanno coperte e cuscini, lenzuola e federe non sono forniti.
Tanto spazio per distendersi e rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia!
Goditi un cocktail serale sul ponte ascoltando l'oceano!

House was clean and matched the listing in terms of amenities and features. I went with just my two adult sisters so no kids this time but I think my kids would have had a great time here. Hoping to come back next time we’re up visiting my dad.

This place is a gem! Mike was very responsive, courteous and accommodating. We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is top of the list on cleanliness. We have a family with 2 adults and 2 kids and there was certainly room for more. The area is quiet at night and a wonderful, short walk to Long Sands. Walking back to the house from the beach for forgotten items was a breeze. I highly recommend this rental but please don’t rent it when we want to go back! Thank you, Mike!

Long Sand stay

Lovely, clean and well stocked rental. Walking distance to Long Sands. Beds were comfy and house had everything we needed. Sweet deck and outside shower in back. Plenty of space for parking and attractively decorated. Would love to go back.

Great 2 night stay

We usually get a hotel room when visiting York for a couple days but thought seeing we were with our grandchildren we would try a house. We were so happy with the house, location, and communication with the host. The house was very clean, it is walking distance from the beach but in a quiet setting and when we had a question, the host responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet property

This property is located in a very quiet side road away from people and traffic. It has all the comforts of home most people would be looking for. Mike is a very communicative host. If we were ever to come back to York Beach we would hope this property would be available.

July 24 stay

This house is well-appointed and in a great location, and the owner is easily available for any concerns or issues. I recommend it highly, with the possible caution that all entrances into the house do involve a few steps, so if that is a concern, please plan accordingly. Everything you need is on-sight or available nearby and I would not hesitate to book here again!

Cozy and clean

The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved that there is a washer and dryer. The enclosed nicely finished front porch is a great place to relaxe (watch TV, play cards, sleep) and it's separated from the main living space making it perfect for a family. The only down side is there is one bathroom - but the outside shower helps.

So good I don't want others to find out about it!

My family has stayed here twice and both times it was a fantastic time. Very clean with great amenities, easy walk to the beach and convenient to all the other great spots around York Beach. Looking forward to going back!
