Casa sulla spiaggia tutto l'anno con tutti i comfort di casa.

Goditi la nostra casa con 3 camere da letto, 1 bagno e 1/2 recentemente rinnovata che si trova su una strada privata. Un concetto aperto, casa luminosa e soleggiata che include una lavanderia, un ponte con grill dove è possibile gustare la cena e un drink con la famiglia mentre i bambini giocano all'aperto in una strada senza uscita privata senza traffico. È fantastico per i bambini andare in bicicletta e giocare a pesca. La casa ha anche una doccia esterna che è perfetta per il risciacquo dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

Ogni camera ha la TV via cavo. C'è la connessione WiFi gratuita in casa. Può ospitare comodamente 8. Il vialetto misura 4 auto.

La casa è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal bagno di Long Sands Beach. È anche vicino al centro della città e a Short Sands Beach. È convenientemente a soli 10-15 minuti di auto dagli outlet di Kittery, dal centro di Portsmouth, dall'NH e dall'Ogunquit Playhouse. Ci sono molti ristoranti tra cui scegliere nella zona.

Cozy beach house with surprisingly roomy rooms & tons of amenities! TVs in each bedroom with Roku & a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs- just add groceries. We weren’t there for the beach but just minutes away from downtown & Nubble Light. Mike the owner was very nice & available if we needed anything.

Originally supposed to be 4 ladies but ended up being 2. House could have easily and nicely accommodated all 4 of us.Would happily stay again. Great house Great loacation near both long and short sands . Host communicated with us prior and offered to let us do late ck out last day.

Girls Getaway

This was a perfect fit for our Girl's Getaway Weekend. The house was centrally located to things we wanted to see and do. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our time there. All of us said we would go back again.

Wonderful long-weekend stay!

Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!

This is an absolutely fantastic rental. Check in and check out process are extremely easy. The host is accommodating and responsive. Common areas are perfect for gathering and spending quality time with your group. Beds were decent and everything was super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you’re looking for. We stayed here in the winter so we did not explore the outdoors but we will most certainly be back!! What a great place!

Clean, comfortable, and great location,

Mike’s beach house is clean, located in a quiet location, offers a great layout for friends and family, and was perfect for our stay. Three mom friends and 4 kiddos ages 1-5. Mike reached out to let me know he was available if we needed anything. We were very happy with our stay and hope to be back in the future! Definitely choose this property, you will be happy!

Amazing location and beautiful place to stay

My family and I stayed in this unit and absolutely loved it. Mike, the host, was so proactive in his communication with us that we felt welcomed before we'd even arrived. Once we got to the unit we were even more impressed. First off, the location is amazing. Just minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in York. If you open the windows you can hear the waves. Second it's just such a cozy place! The beds were all super comfortable. The couch in the living room is among the comfiest I've ever sat on. The kitchen is well appointed and clean. Sincerely one of the best places I've stayed in a long while and we'll definitely be back!

A great York Getaway!

It was perfect! Plenty of room, beautifully clean and walking distance to the beach. Bonus they had a Keurig coffee machine! The owner was so accessible and responsive. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Mamas’ Weekend Away

Myself and three other friends were able to have a mamas’ weekend away in celebration of our friend getting married in October. We bought matching pj’s, did face masks and watched a movie while snacking on ice cream sundaes! The house was perfect for our weekend! Communication was incredible, the home was immaculately clean, and the space was perfect! It was a very short walk to the beach and close enough to restaurants and shops! I would highly recommend booking your next getaway here!!!

Nice place to stay

Mike was great about checking in with us before and during our stay by text to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and cared for. Quick walk to the ocean, just wished it wasn’t raining! It was perfect for a graduation weekend.
