Nuova casa moderna dentro le porte del parco!

Questa nuova casa si trova all'interno delle porte del parco a breve distanza in auto dalla Yosemite Valley.

Completata nel gennaio 2020, questa casa moderna dispone di soffitti a volta, molta luce naturale, elettrodomestici e finiture di alta gamma, letto king size e comodi mobili in pelle a pianta aperta. Yosemite West è un ottimo posto dove stare per visitare il Parco. Si trova all'interno delle porte del Parco e nel raggio di 10 miglia dalla Yosemite Valley. Una volta qui non dovrai occuparti del traffico del cancello che entra nel parco e avere un facile accesso alla valle e alle altre attrazioni del parco. Questa proprietà si trova alla fine dello sviluppo e non è circondata da altre case. La proprietà esegue il backup di miglia di foresta non sviluppata. Il balcone si affaccia sulla foresta ed è un posto meraviglioso per la privacy e per godersi la serenità e le stelle. Questa casa è stata realizzata su misura da me, il tuo ospite, per offrirvi una casa rilassante e confortevole durante la vostra visita a Yosemite.

Avrai l'intero piano superiore con un ottimo parcheggio e un facile accesso. È una casa completa con tutto il necessario per trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno a Yosemite. Vivo nell'appartamento inferiore all'incirca a metà tempo e ho un ingresso completamente separato. Ho fatto del mio meglio per rendere questo un posto meraviglioso in cui soggiornare e spero che vi godiate la vostra visita. Arte

Art Haus was an absolute gem of a find! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the host, Art, goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. He was incredibly kind and accommodating in every possible way. The home itself is perfectly located inside the park, making it the ideal base for exploring nearby hikes, restaurants, and shops.The kitchen and bathrooms were impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, and every detail—from the furniture to the bedding to the thoughtful supplies—reflected Art’s intentional and beautiful design choices. You can truly feel the care and effort he’s put into creating this space.We will most certainly be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property, so convenient to all the sites,but a quiet peaceful place to relax after a day of adventures, it’s such an advantage staying within the park . Art was wonderful to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this rental, and if we ever return to Yosemite this will be our go to place! Thank you Art for your hospitality!

When we walked in: "Wow!"

Art's place is the perfect combination of modern and cozy. Fantastic appliances and cookware, and with restaurants a bit of a drive that was a bonus as we loved cooking here. He has a drawer full of spices. The bed is among the most comfortable we have found in a VRBO. Art is so gracious, we happily invited him in for a glass of wine and some fascinating conversation about rock climbing and his other Yosemite passions. Do not miss the opportunity to book here if it's available...especially if Glacier Point Road is on your agenda. It's right up the road!

Amazing stay within Yosemite

This is the perfect getaway spot if you want a break from city life. Located within the gates of Yosemite National Park, you are in the middle of numerous spectacular attractions. Starting: We drove to this Vrbo through Wawona Rd. during the peak sunset time, and the views were breathtaking. In addition, Art ensured the space was meticulously cleaned. Everything was spotless. Finally, the design was spacious, industrial, and yet comforting. We had the best sleep here and woke up to incredible forest views. I would 100% recommend anyone interested in experiencing Yosemite to check out this place. We will be back in the future.

Perfect Balance for a Yosemite Trip

Brand new, modern, comfortable, high-end finishes set in a rustic, beautiful neighborhood tucked away from the chaos of the park, but just minutes from everything good about it. Art was a great host and the work he personally invested to make the place exactly what a vacation home should be is impossible to miss. Every detail is considered and well executed. I can’t say enough great things about how ideal this place is in all regards. Over and above all reasonable expectations one could have for a rental.

Amazing stay!!

Art's home is even more beautiful than the pictures. Everything is curated with so much detail and love. The space has so much light and the high ceilings make it extra special. The bed is super comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook. It also has a cute balcony where we had tea every morning and we even saw some deers. Art is a great host, responsive and kind, he lives next door and has the best recommendations of Yosemite. You are right inside the park so it alleviates part of the driving to the trailheads. Definitely would stay at Art's place over and over again!

Great location, wonderful host, perfect stay

Art is a wonderful host who goes above and beyond to insure a pleasant stay. The location was great - just minutes to Glacier Point Rd, 20 minutes to the Valley, and 30 minutes or so to Wawona. We stayed 8 days at Art’s place and it had absolutely everything we needed. We highly recommend this spot as a base for your Yosemite adventures!

Is there a higher rating than perfect?

If there is, the entire experience deserves it. The residence was immaculate, perfectly and wonderfully comfortable. The location within the park is a 5-star-plus attraction. We enjoyed spending time with Art, our host, who also provided great ideas for hikes in the park.

Perfect place to stay for Yosemite NP

Art’s place was gorgeous, clean, and uncluttered. He was a great host and we appreciated his hiking recommendations and letting us use the washer and dryer during our stay. The cabin is about 20 minutes from Yosemite Valley or Mariposa Grove. We stocked up on groceries at the closest town about an hour away, but there is also a grocery store in Yosemite Valley for things you forgot (including OTC meds, ready-to-eat food, etc). The bed was more firm than I’d normally prefer, but we were so tired from all the hiking that it didn’t matter. I slept like a rock :) Art provides pillows of different firmness, hair dryer, coffee maker with lots of options of pods, satellite tv, and a lovely back porch (plus more). My husband said I outdid myself when I found Art’s place. We could not have chosen a better home base for our trip to Yosemite!

Beautiful architecture and decor. Photos are an accurate depiction of the property. Property cleanliness is impeccable. Art was available for assistance when needed. King bed is a memory foam mattress. Unit size and layout is perfect for a couple to share the space with a feeling of modern living surrounded by forest tranquility.

West is Best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Art’s property. The property is well maintained and every detail was thoughtfully put together by Art to make people feel at home while they are away. The property is nestled amongst the trees and all we could hear were birds chirping and a babbling brook behind the neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and firm. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and cookware. Art is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and more than happy to make recommendations for your stay. We loved the area and appreciated Art’s kindness.

Stylish property very close to Yosemite Valley

We loved staying in this property for our week in Yosemite! Art is a fantastic host, was very quick to answer all our questions, and even gave us great recommendations of places to visit while we were there. The home is very stylish - in particular we enjoyed the woodsy cabinets and tables, the locally made kitchenware, and the many large windows that make it feel like you're in the woods. The proximity to Yosemite Valley is also fantastic - it's only about a 30 minute drive to the Valley. And it's a beautiful drive, so if you're like us, you won't even mind having to make it every day. Overall this is a great property to stay at while visiting Yosemite - would certainly recommend.

Très belle maison; tranquillité assurée ! Près de la Vallée de Yosemite et à une vingtaine de minutes de Mariposa Grove. Bref, très bien située (à l'intérieur du parc ce qui permet d'éviter la file pour entrer dans le parc; fort appréciable). Art est très sympathique et avenant.
