“I love how accommodating the staff was here. We were nearly an hour late for our dinner but they went above and beyond to serve us anyway. The food was one of the best we've had throughout our entire trip of Japan as well. The room and atmosphere was also very cozy and we loved pretty much everything!”

“The hotel has great ammenities and the room service options have a ton of variety. It was nice having a massage chair and jacuzzi tub in the room. It was the largest room my husband and I stayed in throughout our travels in Japan as well.”

“温泉がきもちよかったです。日によっては貸切時間があるとありましたが、30分だけでしたのでなんの問題もありません。アメニティもかなり豊富で面白かったです。 朝食もいただきましたが、美味しかったです。 細かいところが気になる人や極端な綺麗好きの人には向いてませんが、そうでないならかなりオススメです。”
