“Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station. ”

“Absolutely LOVE this hotel. Great location near the train station and we had a bright and spacious room with full amenities. I particularly liked you could just ask for new towels and trash removal instead of the whole “make up my room” option. Just felt more eco’ and efficient. I also love there was the Toyama water dispenser on each level. And the service was perfect. Love it! Deffff recommend.”

“The room was clean and just roomy enough for one person. The lack a of sink in the bathroom was a bit of a negative though. The spa was a big plus for me because I need to recover from the long drive from Hiroshima before climbing in the Northern Alps. The staff were very friendly! Great smiles!”

“Hotel dotato di tuii i confronti vicino stazione. Adatto per chi si sposta con frequenza. Possibilità di scelgliere tra colazione a buffet o giapponese. Stanza comoda e spaziosa.”

“Wir wurden wärmstens empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist authentisch und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Genbäude ist alt und im typisch japanischen Stil gehalten. Bad ist neu renoviert und wunderbar. Viele Utensilien ergänzen und erleichtern den Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist gut. Parken kann man wenige Meter neben dem Haus. Direkt neben einem kleinen Fluss gelegen, kann man morgens toll aufwachen. Die Umgebung ist eher nüchtern. Man befindet sich hier halt eher abseits der üblichen...

“夕食は創作和食でした。懐石料理は食べきれない事もあるのですが、どの料理も適量で美味しく食べられました。 また、チェックイン前に荷物を立山駅で朝の送迎バスに預けられないか問い合わせたところ、快く引き受けていただき助かりました。 おかげで安心してアルペンルートを楽しむ事が出来ました。 別邸での宿泊で部屋に温泉があったのも良かったです。全てが完璧で満足です！ 次は紅葉の時期にお邪魔したいと思っています。”
