The Space:

Sunbeam Tiny House is designed for both comfort and connection to nature.



You’ll find:

• Open Living & Kitchen: An airy great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a plush sofa, wood-burning stove, and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar.

• Sleeping Quarters: Two cozy bedrooms—one with a queen bed and private deck access, the other with a full bed with deck access. Both feature soft, high-quality linens.

• Spa-Style Bath: A modern bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower, dual-sink vanity, ample storage, and soft towel warmers.

• Deck & Outdoors: Your own railing-enclosed deck furnished with bistro seating. Perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or stargazing.



Community Perks: Steps from the shared pool, plus easy access to hiking trails, waterfalls, and scenic mountain drives.

Guest Access:

You’ll get a private smart lock code the day of arrival for easy self check-in. Enjoy full access to the home and deck. Plus you'll receive shared use of the community hot tub, sauna, fire pit and luxury gym (Peloton, Hydro rower, TRX).

Sunbeam Tiny House is nestled in an upscale community of eco-chic modern mountain retreats. Enjoy community amenities such as a seasonal pool, hot tub, fitness center, fire pit, and picnic pavilion. Conveniently located near Blairsville and Murphy, you’ll have easy access to grocery stores, shopping, and dining for all your needs.



Getting Around:

Sunbeam Tiny House is easily accessible by car, with parking available on-site. Google maps is the best tool for navigation.

After booking, you’ll receive links to complete:

• Pre-Arrival Form

• Rental Agreement

• Pool/Gym Waiver



House Rules:

• Max occupancy: 4 guests. No exceptions.

• Dog-friendly: 2 dogs allowed. First dog stays free. Any additional dog is $50. Leash required outdoors. Owner is responsible for any damage or smells.

• No smoking inside or on the deck. $200 fine + cleaning fees.

• Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. $200 fine for disturbances. Noise monitoring in use, tampering prohibited.

• No parties or gatherings. $500 fine + immediate eviction.

• Must be 21+ to book. Valid ID required.

• Use of the home and amenities is at your own risk. We’re not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft.

• Pool & hot tub are open daily from 9 AM – 10 PM (weather dependent). Pool is not heated.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests will enjoy self-check-in with no personal greeting. Communication will be handled exclusively through email or the booking app, where we are available to assist with any immediate needs. We pride ourselves on being highly responsive to ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable.
