“The hotel has plenty of parking and the location is quite convenient. However, the curtains did not provide much privacy as there was a large gap between them. Also, the shower head is a ceiling-mounted rain shower, but this was not clearly mentioned on the website. We had to go out and buy a shower cap, as the hotel did not provide one.”

“On our arrival the woman who was rostered on Sunday afternoon was efficient but very unfriendly. She came out wiping and snivelling into her tissue. Did not greet me with a welcome and remained sour faced the whole time I was booking in. When our fob didn't work to open the door and I returned to reception to sort out no apologies and remained sour faced. In future I will read carefully what facilities they put in the room.
