“I booked this room months ago and when we got there to check in after an 8 hour drive they didn’t have us listed. We tried to contact hotels.com and they couldn’t help us so my daughter ended up booking a room for us because of the arrival time and we needed sleep. I’d better not have been charged for the stay or I will be finding a phone number and calling.”

Breakfast can be improved and one main suggestion, is to move the smoking area away from entrances, especially the main one. It stank up the place and it was not a good look. Smokers should be moved to the side.”
