“Maria at the front desk welcomed us warming upon arrival and was very helpful throughout the stay. Staff warm and pleasant at all times. During daily breakfast lovely woman (I'm sorry I didn't get a name) made sure to let us know if we needed anything that we didn't have at the buffet breakfast. Room clean, staff warm and welcoming, breakfast yummy daily, parking a breeze. “The room was clean. There was no staff. We were greeted by a kiosk, foreigner that I couldn’t understand. The parking was good. The air-conditioning was poor because there were people smoking outside and the smoke was coming into the room so it smelled terrible of cigarettes. The property was filthy dirty. The inside of the whole carpeting were dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The only thing that was clean there was my room, but the bathtub was questionable.”
