“the room was incredible, the staff was very friendly, the amenities was wonderful, the free mini bar, the lounge was also very welcomed. the only thing i would say is the parking was a bit confusing, i only needed 15 minutes to load my car but the staff downstairs are not fluent in english and they don't understand, it seems theres some miscommunication between the staff upstairs and the staff at the parking lot.”

“天神駅からも近く、周りにコンビニや飲食店も多く便利です。部屋には空気清浄機付加湿器も設置してあり、私はフロントでヘアアイロンも貸してもらいました。アメニティも必要最低限なものはあります。ロビーにウェルカムコーヒー用のサーバーがあり、毎日利用し美味しく頂きました。 フロントスタッフの方も懇切丁寧に対応してくれ、付近の観光情報や美味しいお店の紹介もしてもらいました。 また福岡遠征の時は利用したいです。”
