“Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this...

“While you are updating your rooms, I was put into a room that was using the old heating system. The room was stone cold when I entered, the heater never got it warm enough. I had to sleep with my fleece vest on. There were only two electrical receptacles. Of the four outlets, three were used for appliances (good that you had those appliances), so only one plug for my stuff. Legally, I believe you need a receptacle every 6', and on every wall.
