“Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.”

“Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. I just can say I will never ever come back or recommend someone else to come here. ”

“This is an elegant new hotel in a fabulous setting along the river. We were very excited to rest and recover there after the Inca Trail. However, the vibe at this hotel is seriously off. It was almost empty (and it's a large hotel), and the staff were stiff and formal. We had to sign a waiver of liability for "flames coursing through the building" before we were shown to our large and comfortable room overlooking the river. "L’hotel è meraviglioso e in ottima posizione e il personale gentile e molto disponibile. Il luogo dove si mangia un po freddo anche in considerazione che ci si mangia e dovrebbe essere più caldo, ma rimane splendido. Unica pecca la festa che stavano organizzando per il martedì sera e che ha precluso degli spazi agli ospiti dell’hotel senza aver avvisato o fatto uno sconto. Per il resto tutto molto bello "
