“The staff was excellent, and the stay was great with no noise issues at all, Overall, everything was very clean. The only areas for improvement would be updating the shower curtains and doing a more thorough cleaning of the bathtub tiles. Other than that, it was a great experience.”

“Lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and unhelpful. I had paid for my room already, had the receipt, saw the charge on my account but she insisted I hadn't paid. She would not give me my room key and would not get the manager. I was forced to pay again and involve expedia. Expedia contacted the front desk at the hotel and after making them wait (and me) for over 30 mins, told Expedia she was the only one working and too busy to answer their questions.
