Designed in a signature C shape, the home wraps around a central courtyard and pool, creating privacy and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and extra sleeping accommodations, it's perfectly sized for groups of up to 8 guests.

Set on five acres, the home is surrounded by mature Joshua Trees and open desert views. The large pool features a baja shelf and an elevated spa with a waterfall that flows gently into the pool below - perfect for lounging poolside. A freestanding outdoor fire pit offers a peaceful place to gather under the stars. The exterior is finished in dark wood paneling that contrasts beautifully with the landscape.
Inside, the layout is open and elevated. High ceilings and an airy floor plan connect the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The chef's kitchen includes black-matte quartz countertops that extend into a built-in dining table, ideal for your culinary adventures. Each bedroom features modern finishes such as built-in leather headboards and recessed, accent lighting, creating a clean, sophisticated look throughout.
