The Space:

Welcome to Juniper Cabin, a beautifully designed and relaxing vacation home located in a unique, underdeveloped area bordering Joshua Tree National Park. This charming, artist-remodeled 1940s cabin offers a cozy and stylish ambiance blending original homestead style with modern aesthetics, perfectly complementing the surrounding desert landscape. Enjoy panoramic views, a relaxing hot tub, and a stylish interior designed to harmonize with the serene desert environment.



Juniper Cabin features a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The property is set on 2.5 acres of private land, providing ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. With a focus on comfort and style, this cabin is perfect for couples seeking a peaceful getaway.

Juniper Cabin is pet friendly and offers an EV charger for electric vehicles. Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the driveway. This home is equipped with Starlink broadband internet access. Please note that cell service availability and quality in the high desert varies. There is a camera monitoring the driveway to ensure compliance with county ordinance.



Explore nearby attractions such as Pioneertown, a living film set from the 1940s, and the Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum, showcasing unique sculptures. This area is renowned for its forever vistas of the Mojave Desert and its proximity to the national park. The quiet neighborhood offers a tranquil vibe and big, open skies, so you’ll feel like you’re miles away from it all, but plenty of restaurants and things to do are within a short drive.



When you’re ready to hike, bike, or climb, Joshua Tree National Park’s West Entrance is a 13-minute drive away.



You can find great eats, drinks, shops, and things to do in nearby Joshua Tree Village; here are a few recommendations:

• Start your day at Joshua Tree Coffee Co., known for their famed coffee made from locally roasted beans (6-minute drive)

• Marvel at the handiwork at the World Famous Crochet Museum (5-minute drive)

• Pick up some lunch or a souvenir from the Joshua Tree Certified Farmers' Market, open Saturdays (8-minute drive)

• Find your next favorite read at Space Cowboy Books (7-minute drive)

• Perhaps close your day with the food, drinks and music offered at the rustic Joshua Tree Saloon (7-minute drive)



Up for a day trip? Don’t miss these area highlights - they’re worth the drive.

• Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum (15-minute drive) - As far from a stuffy gallery as you can imagine, this outdoor sculpture garden contains a unique collection of folk-art.

• Pioneertown (20-minute drive) - Put on your ten-gallon hat and stroll down Mane Street of this Wild West-inspired town, also known for Pappy & Harriet’s, a notable restaurant and venue.

• The Integratron (25-minute drive) - New age-y healing destination with a sound bath, originally designed by ufologist George Van Tassel with the goal of reversing the aging process.

• Palm Springs (45-minute drive) - Artsy town known for vintage shopping, art galleries, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway.

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.



• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.



• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!



• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.



• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain

2 days at Joshua Tree

The cabin was so nice and so quaint everything we needed. It was hard to leave and see the great sites at Joshua tree highly recommend the juniper cabin.
