Luxury home meticulously rebuilt from the ground up. Set on 2.5 acres of private land this gorgeous home with its resort-style backyard feels secluded yet safe and close to the center of town.

This home has lots of communal space with two living areas, one huge L shape couch, and another sofa/day bed. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make the space feel airy and modern with lots of room for dining and hanging out. The 16 x 8ft bifold doors open up completely to create a seamless indoor/outdoor vibe, perfect for entertaining, whilst still feeling connected to the surrounding desert.

Outside is where the fun really starts. We had a lot of land to fill so built the biggest pool we could, 50ft long with a Baja shelf for shallow lounging. Not to be outdone, the hot tub can fit the whole gang and is set to 104 degrees 24/7. With multiple fire pits, hammocks, a grill, decking, and loungers there are plenty of options to socialize, tan, or lay out under the stars.

The bedrooms aren't the biggest but they sure are the comfiest with hotel-level mattresses and bedding along with a variety of different pillow options to suit all preferences. We know how important good sleep is! Each room has its own dedicated AC unit that can be set to your preferred temperature.

For the bathrooms, we had to make them stand out. We went for a world-class spa vibe, simple, elegant, and sensual. Oh, and the rainfall showers are both big enough for more than one person, just sayin.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts you'd expect, as well as three coffee options; a Keurig, french press, and Chemex pour-over coffee. The large island makes serving up snacks and family-style dining easy whilst a handy bar cart with mixology gear makes serving cocktails poolside an absolute must.

The view at night is spectacular with a pink sunset almost guaranteed every night. The bbq awaits your grilling skills whilst the fire pits are the perfect spot for sunset drinks.

Enjoy the mountain vista as well as the distant city lights as this house sits above the rest of the neighborhood. There are plenty of Joshua Trees on the property, as well as jackrabbits, quails, road runners, and even the occasional desert Tortoise.
