“the staff is overworked. there is trash in the parking lot. The breakfast is substandard. The toaster does not work plus some things were missing. The room seemed clean but could be upgraded. Could not figure out how to work climate control until the front desk person showed me how. Instructions should be provided to prevented frustration. Many Hispanic workers loitered in the public areas causing concern. Would not want to stay there again.”

“The area at the back of the property was not very clean. There was dog poop all over the grass and discarded old furniture, BBQ grill etc., in the tennis court. The windows in the room were drafty and you could hear every single sound from outside. The internet went out in our room and they did send someone to fix it right away. The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. There were lots of dining options nearby. ”

“The pool wasn't heated, jacuzzi was out of order and empty. The room carpet was stained and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. We only had 1 washcloth and the room smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointing. The beds are very uncomfortable and made our back and necks hurt.”

“I understand it is only a $60 hotel but it was very bad. Staff was great nothing wrong with that side of things but the room was awful. The door has gaps you see through and multiple bugs on the floor. Everything was extremely old and gross. Wouldn’t stay here again.”

“The first thing we noticed when we walked into the room was an overwhelming smell of a spicy, musky men's cologne. I'm not sure what the smell was but it was powerfully awful.
The room was ok. The carpet has seen better days and the bathroom was not ver clean. The corners of the floor and the sink definitely needed a good scrubbing. The AC worked great and the bed was pretty comfortable.
When we checked in and out, the staff acted like they couldn't be bothered with our presence. They weren't...
