“Bell'hotel, servizio ottimo”

“L'hotel si trova all'interno di un centro commerciale ed è vicino al centro. Il personale è molto gentile e molto disponibile. Le camere sono bellissime, ampie e pulite. La mia aveva una vista spettacolare sulla montagna e sulla città. Il bagno è nuovo e ampio. La colazione è eccellente e ha un'ampia scelta di cibi. L'unica cosa da migliorare è la colazione al sacco che forniscono quando non puoi usufruire della colazione vera e propria. ”

“Nice boutique hotel, room, bathroom good size and modern. Housekeeping diligent with keeping room clean. Hotel is about 1.5 kilometres and up hill from main areas, so if you have mobility issues you may have to catch cab/uber back to hotel.”

“A perfect option if you want a party hostel, less good if you want to rest at a 5 star hotel. We were on the 7th floor and a party upstairs on the 9th continued until almost 1am, with loud music coming down the open sides of the building and into our room. When I went to discuss with reception, the manager Mariana Pereira gave me the option of dealing with it or leaving the hotel (at midnight). The party upstairs probably paid the hotel a lot of money to rent the space so they didn't care about...
