“It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. ”

“周りには何もなく、駅までは本数の少ない電車かバスで行く必要がある。 施設は全体的に古いですが、綺麗な状態です。”

“ビジネス ダブルまたはツインルームを予約 ▶エアコン故障（ファンヒーターのみ３時間おきに電源再投入が必要で熟睡できず） ▶風呂なし（共用シャワーのお湯が出ず） ▶冷蔵庫なし ▶テレビなし（写真ではあるのに部屋にはなし） ▶照明は蛍光灯と白熱灯があるが暗く、蛍光灯は中に虫の死骸だらけ（何年も掃除していない） ▶部屋の掃除は行き届いておらず、ホコリや小さなゴミがそのまま、南京虫が居そう ▶共用部分の廊下や階段はきしみ音あり、補修された様子なし、お湯の出も悪くチョロチョロ、トイレから外の雪溶かし水道ホースが出ていて窓が完全に閉まらず極寒”

“No checkin staff, had to find cleaner and she didnt speak english or japanese,. Beds where 2 flat futons, heating doesnt start till 5pm, it was freezing in the building, internet doesnt work and towel was very small and thin, not for drying bigger bodies,had to go buy some towels kitchen is small microwave not as pictured, just 2 very thin futons,no heating”
