“We enjoyed a perfect little 2 night stay at the Boathouse after a whirlwind family trip to Italy. It was our first trip to Amsterdam and we are so glad to have found this perfect spot on a canal. “Due to a slight mixup with our booking we actually stayed in the Sailors Suite. The owner was very accomodating rearranging our booking. We had a wonderful stay in very unique accomodation. “This was an ideal place to stay in Amsterdam. It was super fun to stay on a houseboat, and this is a particularly nice houseboat. It has an ideal location, right at the edge of the city center--easy walking to everything but on a nice, quiet canal surrounded by beautiful buildings that seemed apart from the intensity of the most tourists districts, even though they were just a few minutes walk away.
