“Hotel was in a great location. Short walk into town to go to restaurants/ bars in Zabljak. 30 minute drive to or hike in dormitor national park. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Alexander. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious.”

“My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and the room looked exactly like the pictures! The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the views from our room were beautiful! When we come back to Zabjlak we plan to stay here again! I highly recommend this property!”

“Recepción never at the Desk always to be called. Service was too strict. We arrived late from a long travel and they could not wait 2 minute to order. Kitchen was closing at 10 and we could not order at 10.02, so my girlfriend needed to order for me while i was in the room. In general clean and nice the room, restaurant and food was quite ”

“Amazing hotel, the place is cozy, the ambiance is nice and the staff are very polite and friendly. Channel(Shanelle) was very welcoming and kind, Breakfast was great, we didn’t get a chance to use the sauna as we arrived in the evening and the reservation was full, apart from that great place, would definitely visit again”

“This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful spa setup and restaurant. Breakfast presented many options for travelers familiar with European and American morning buffets. We had two dinners at the restaurant as well that were top notch. The pool, hot tub, and steam room were soothing after a day of hiking. Great value for the amenities.”

“L’hotel molto bello e immerso nella natura, si affaccia sul fiume Tara che è stupendo, il cameriere è disponibile e il cibo molto buono, sia a colazione che a cena. Ma la struttura è parecchio difficile da raggiungere, bisogna percorrere più di 7 km di off road e bisogna avere un mezzo adeguato e un guidatore esperto. Ogni tipo di attività o servizio si trova a più di un’ora di distanza. In generale l’hotel è recente e confortevole ma non al livello delle 4 stelle, la camera infatti era piccola...
