Appartamento "Identità"

Cari ospiti,
Benvenuto in Identity, un posto perfetto dove soggiornare se stai visitando Zara, la Croazia una delle più antiche e una delle sue città più belle. Il nostro appartamento completamente attrezzato è situato al piano terra della nostra casa di famiglia nel centro storico di Zara, Poluotor o Penisola. Siamo a soli 200 metri dal famoso Morske Orgulje o Sea Organ e Pozdrav Suncu o installazione di Saluti al sole, e alla stessa distanza da tutte le altre attrazioni storiche. L'appartamento è nuovo di zecca, aperto nella primavera del 2017. Ha un bagno, un soggiorno con cucina e un enorme divano tipo L e una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. All'esterno dell'appartamento è un bellissimo giardino fiorito, attraverso il quale si entra nell'appartamento e dove è possibile rilassarsi al sole, bere il caffè del mattino o consumare un pasto preparato. Proprio accanto all'appartamento c'è il garage a tuo vantaggio, dove tieni l'auto durante il tuo soggiorno (il garage è molto raro sulla penisola e trovare un parcheggio durante l'estate è un compito molto difficile, quasi impossibile).
Il vantaggio del nostro appartamento è la sua posizione sulla penisola. Nell'epicentro di tutti, nella strada tranquilla senza bar o club con musica esplosiva a tarda notte. Qui puoi goderti il tuo soggiorno in tutta comodità e silenzio, pur avendo tutto a pochi minuti a piedi, incluso un numero infinito di ristoranti, fast food, caffetterie e bar.
In uno di questi ristoranti, avrai una colazione americana, à la carte o prepagata inclusa nel prezzo dell'appartamento.
"Identity" offre WiFi gratuito, aria condizionata, riscaldamento in bagno e servizi domestici come bollitore elettrico e lavastoviglie, TV a schermo piatto (area salotto e camera da letto).

Great Spot for Exploring Zadar

The host truly understands hospitality and offers one of the best experiences for guests on this app. The host is extremely friendly and helped us throughout the arrival and departure process. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to the Sea Organ and 4 minutes to the forum. I would go back every year if I could. Truly the best place to stay in Zadar.

Above and beyond

I am not sure where to begin. Think the best you can imagine and then end up with everything exceeding your expectations. Apartment is fabulous, having all you need - and more. Location is perfect for exploring the old town. And when travelling with car carage is a big bonus. There were also fresh bread, fruits, drinks and lot more waiting for us. And our host Tomislav provided exceptional hospitality through out our stay, above and beyoud any exceptations one can have for a host. We loved our stay and recommend this place from bottom of our hearts.

This apartment and host was superior to all the properties we have stayed in . The apartment is immaculate. It is so comfy and has everything you could possibly need. Bonus parking( if needed). Super large, comfy bed, quiet area. Beautiful and private outdoor gardens. The host has outdone himself with thinking of everything his guests may need with so many welcoming and beautiful touches . The apartment is very close walking distance to everything in the Old Town (restaurants, sea organ etc). But the true highlight is the host himself! If you stay here, do yourself a favour and take the time to sit and chat with Tomaslav. We have never met such a kindhearted and wise man. Our conversations with him was what we remember the most of our stay in Zadar.

Wonderful Stay

Tomislav was the most friendly, generous host you could imagine. Set in a pretty courtyard, the apartment was perfect for our needs. We even arrived to fresh fruit, pastries, and other delicious treats. The only negative is that the experience was so good, we may have trouble finding future accommodation that comes close to this. The host with the most

The apartment is beautiful and has a large deluxe bathroom with a washer. It’s a big one bedroom suite. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable, from fruit , to fresh pastries, beer , wine, cheese, meat, candies, nuts etc etc. Outside is a lovely private patio. Location is A+ In old town. Plus it has parking! The host is incredible. You really need to stay here.

The best of the best

The accomodations here are amazing! The interior design work is meticulous...even better than the photos. Even better, the design work has wonderful family background that warms the heart!. The location is perfect with everything in historic Zadar within easy walking distance. However, as many have stated, the great apt. Identity is far surpassed by it's host, Tomislav. From the moment we met there was an instant connection that will, hopefully, continue long after our stay has ended. We consider Tomislav to be a true friend and we enjoyed many long heart felt and enjoyable conversations. To say Tomislav is a responsive and generous host is a serious understatement. We miss him already!

The Champions League for accommodation plays here!

From 13-20 April, we got to know a wonderful new country. But the fact that the vacation was so incredibly beautiful was not only due to the natural and urban beauty of Croatia. No, first and foremost, our great vacation experience was based on the 24/7 availability of our host Tomislav. We have been on many vacations in our live and have stayed in many apartments. But to find such a top-class gem in the heart of Zadar, to meet such a lovely host who was always there for us but was never intrusive - unique. We are convinced that Tomislav has not only redefined hospitality for us, but will hopefully continue to do so for a long time. As sad as the end of our vacation was, we are looking forward to a special vacation next year - to our home in Zadar!

Best vacation rental experience EVER

Where do I begin? The property is absurdly clean, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location. But believe it or not the real star is the gracious host Tomislav! Not only did he personally greet and escort us to his home, he stocked the entire fridge and pantry with items for us! We both have never experienced such generosity and abundance from a host. He was so ready to help for any concern, and just a lovely person to chat with. His property is meticulously maintained to the most minute detail. We cherished our time there. The parking, high water pressure shower and washing machine were added bonuses. What a lovely experience, I can not recommend highly enough.

Wonderful experience

The property was lovely and centrally located. The apartment was first rate and extremely well appointed. Tomislav was amazing. Picked us up and dropped us off which was greatly appreciated. Full refrigerator and welcome bottle of wine. Perfect apartment and awesome location. Our stay in Zadar was simply enchanting. The apartment and courtyard was so charming. Tomislav was a kind and generous host. Spending time with him was the most memorable part of our travels to Croatia. We are so glad to have met him, if only for a few days. Our only regret is that we only booked 4 nights! Silver wedding anniversary memory of a lifetime

Where do we begin?! It all started, and ended with the most gracious and generous of hosts, Tomislav. To say he was well prepared to greet us, is an understatement. Tomislav emailed us well in advance to know when and how to get to his place, including a guided rendezvous into the city. Not only did we receive this warm greeting, but were welcomed with the most magical place to stay. Surrounded by botanical gardens this family home that was carefully constructed over 10 years presented a newly designed and renovated one bedroom, suite. Everything you can think of was provided by Tomislav. Food, drink, guides to good restaurants and venues… the list of considerations continued. Tomislav was our host, our tour guide, and became in a very short period of time a good friend. This is truly a trip unlike any other, and one we will remember for a lifetime.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, mitten in der Altstadt

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, top ausgestattet und die Vermieter absolute Superhosts. Toll waren die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Lebensmitteln, die fürsorgliche Mückenbekämpfung und viele andere nette Kleinigkeiten. Darüber hinaus waren die Vermieter immer ansprechbar für Tips, kleine Problemlösungen und alles rund um unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Danke Euch und macht weiter so.

Perfection!

When planning travel I research accommodations extensively, reading reviews across many online platforms to determine where to stay. However, I have never written my own review- until now, that is! This apartment sets the standard of what all properties should strive to be. Some bullet points: Impeccable design. Tastefully decorated. Immaculate. Comfortable. Fully stocked. Centrally located- walk everywhere. Lovely gardens. Private courtyard. Thoughtful touches. Those are just a few highlights! A beautiful property does not alone create a wonderful experience, though. It’s the people you meet and the memories you make along your journey. The host of Apartment Identity is what truly makes this such a special place. Tomislav is a kind and gracious individual (with a great sense of humor, too!) He takes pride in his heritage, his home, and the positive interactions he has with his guests. During the three nights we stayed, Tomislav became someone we now consider a friend. We feel blessed to have experienced Zadar this way!

Unforgettable place

Where to start? ‘Wow’ best sums up every aspect. The accommodation was unbelievably nice, in a superb quiet location just 2 minutes walk from all the major tourist attractions and from the sea. Everything is within an easy walk. Comprising the entire ground floor of host Tomaslav’s family home, built by his grandfather., it’s an exceptionally fine looking house, which has been beautifully renovated. The decor is very stylish, with really nice furniture and individual pieces of interesting art and photography ( by Tomislav son). It’s really well equipped, with everything you could possibly need . The kitchen is also very well equipped and a big surprise was the unbelievable amount and variety of food left for us by Tomislav. An impressively wide selection of very nice meats, cheeses, fruit, juices, beer and wine along with various other goodies, and with daily cakes delivered! We ate twice every day in the very beautiful and secluded garden right by the front door. Overall, we can’t find a single fault with this place and can find many things we can’t find good enough words to describe. There are many reasons to recommend this house, but the best by far is the wonderful host Tomislav. If there are nicer more interesting people in the world, then I haven’t met them yet.

Basically, this is the best place we've ever stayed. Tomislav is just amazing. He could not have been more generous and helpful. It's not often you arrive at an apartment with a fully stocked fridge including birthday cake! The apartment has everything you could need (including secure parking). It is stylish, modern and immaculately clean. Perfectly positioned in the old town and just a minutes walk from the sea organ and beautiful sunset views. We loved our stay here and only wish we had booked for longer! Thank you Tomislav, it was a pleasure to meet you.

Fantastic Apartment with the most wonderful Host!

Tomislav's apartment in Zadar is absolutely perfect! It is in the best location for exploring Zadar and is one of the nicest VRBOs that we've ever stayed at. But even better than that, Tomislav is the most incredibly generous and kind host we've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The kitchen was stocked with food, wine and drinks but the best part was getting to know Tomislav .. he is an incredible person. In such a short time of knowing him, we consider him a friend. We've kept in touch and can only hope our paths cross again. If we could give his place 10 stars, we would. Thank you Tomislav for everything!

I don't typically leave reviews, but have to say that Tomilsav was one of the best hosts we have ever stayed with. His attention to detail and kindness is unparalleled. We only stayed in the apartment for one night, but wished we had planned to stay longer. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very central to all attractions, and had everything we could ask for and more. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Croatia. Don't hesitate to stay here, you won't regret it.

Best Place for a couple in Zadar

without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed at a VRBO. The property was perfectly located. We could walk to everything. The host was exceptional!! A Moment of Bliss

In path of our visit to the coast of Croatia, we spend two days in. Zadar staying at the private rental “Identity”. This apartment was superb!!! Absolutely THE BEST!

We were never in doubt of our decision on where to stay in Zadar. However from the moment we met Tomas we were blown away by everything he and his apartment had to offer! Every single part from the accessories in the kitchen, the fine touches in decorative style, the stocked refrigerator, to finally the awesome bathroom are extremely well thought out with your pleasure in mind! Now couple that with the most gracious host who simply put is an amazing human being. He can assist with any need, or leave you alone whichever you desire. We, however, suggest you get to know someone you will call a lifelong friend. If you don't book this apartment you miss the opportunity of a lifetime. We will be back!

The best stay EVER!

Staying in Tomislav's apartment in Zadar was the cherry on top of our honeymoon. We had an incredible time! We were greeted at the coach station by Tomislav who is the kindest, most hospitable person you will ever meet. On arriving at the apartment, Tomislav had arranged for a massive selection of fruit, fresh food, meat, cheese, baked good, wine, beer - you name it, it was there! Including a bunch of flowers and gifts to celebrate our wedding. The apartment itself is amazing - beautiful decor and absolutely central location. Everything you could ask for in your stay. If youre looking for somewhere to book in Zadar stop reading this review and book it right away! Tomislav goes above and beyond to make your stay 10/10 - we will remember it forever. Mehr als nur Super! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Obwohl wir nur für eine Nacht gebucht hatten, da wir am nächsten Tag bereits weiter reisen mussten, wurden wir mit super leckerem regionalem Essen und Trinken empfangen. Es war alles vorhanden, um uns einfach nur zu entspannen und um nichts kümmern zu müssen. Einfach Top. Der Gastgeber ist so eine tolle und herzliche Person. Wir wären am liebsten gleich eine Woche geblieben...... Wenn wir wieder nach Zadar gehen und eine Appartement in der Stadt suchen, gehen wir bestimmt dort hin.
