Apartments „Miodrag“ are located at Borik, tourist area of Zadar. Apartments, built in 2004, are very comfortable and spacious, luminous, nicely furnished and equipped each with its own private entrance and parking space. Air-conditioning. They are situated only two hundred meters from the seaside and the beach, and are also only 800 m from the heart of the historic old town of Zadar which is 3000 years old. The summer evenings of the town is bursting with life, and you can choose between the classical music festival at St. Donat, the jazz concerts or the Avventura international film festival. There are numerous trips by boat or by bus to be taken from Zadar to the nearby area : the Paklenica canyon and national park, the Kornati archipelago, the Krka waterfalls, Plitvice lakes …Also you will enjoy of a big barbecue in a nice yard.

Quiet place with beautiful beaches. It is a good choice for families with children,ideal for adults looking for lither relaxation or activity based holiday, a group of friends and couples.

The kitchen is a fully equipped suite in the great Dalmatian culinary and gastronomic tradition,is practical and functional and has everything for those who enjoy cooking. From the living room we can accede to the bedroom with a double bed and also to the beautiful,large 28mq terrace with large table for eating outside. or enjoy the sun shine. Situated across the bay from old town, it is a lovely 20 min. walk along the harbour front where you can see the boats and pass by some nice cafes and bars and the beach is only 5 min. away or 5 minutes stroll to the extremely cheap bus which takes you directly to old town.

The area is quiet and residential – very comfortable and pretty, calm and felt safe to walk around at night. When you go to visit Old Town by walk you can also use the small rowboat to across from one side to another side of Zadar's harbour (short distance-some minutes by rowboat). What gondoliers mean to Venice,barkajoli mean to Zadar. It is very long tradition,for over 800 years they have been connecting two ends of Zadar.

There are shops and several restaurants within walking distance well priced, some serving delicious food and wine. I would recommend hiring bikes as there are lots of lovely places to visit within easy cycling distance.

Zadar is a city rich in spiritual and material culture,as well as in a tourist identity. Zadar is also a unique treasury of ancient,medieval and Renaissance archaeology and architecture.

The Zadar island group are especially attractive for guests. There are about 150 in Zadar island group and together with the Kornati islands amount to 300!Once you decide to make an excursion to island Ugljan from Zadar you will reach them in a 30 minutes only.
The fascinant surrounding region of Zadar is very interesting to visit. The opportunities are endless as around Zadar gravitate the historic towns of Nin,Pag,Biograd,Obrovac,Benkovac and others about 50 small touristic towns blessed with tradition and national parks:Paklenica,Plitvice,Kornati,Krka,Velebit and the natural parks Telasšćica and Lake Vrana. There are many excursional programs and various touristic itineraries.
