INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS:
Your privacy is our priority! You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment, yet support is never more than a message away. We can assist you through phone, text, or online messaging, and can meet in person whenever needed. While the owner may be traveling, he is also available via text message for any additional support. We want your stay to be perfectly comfortable and worry-free, which is why we ensure help is always within reach while maintaining your complete privacy.

OTHER DETAILS:
PRODUCTIONS & EVENTS / HOUSE POLICY
We enforce a strict no party and no unauthorized filming policy.
To maintain a quiet and respectful environment:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- During this time, please keep doors and gates closed and limit noise to a minimum indoors
- Any activity that disturbs neighbors is not permitted


Gatherings & occupancy
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 registered guests
- Any presence of more than 4 people is considered an event or production and requires prior approval
- Unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited

Productions, filming & events
Any use of the property for photo shoots, video shoots, filming, productions, or as a production base must be approved in writing in advance.
Approved productions/events require:
- Written approval from owner & property manager
- Signed production/event agreement
- Valid insurance certificate issued to the owner
- Applicable production/event fees

Rates:
- €100 per hour
- €1000 per full day (12-hour production day, including load-in and load-out)
- Full-day bookings include an on-site representative / cleaner

Maximum capacity for approved productions/events: 10 people

We do not host parties. We exclusively accommodate pre-approved, professionally managed productions and events.

SUBLEASING & OCCUPANCY POLICY:
Subleasing is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized subleasing or third-party bookings will result in immediate cancellation without refund and will lead to additional charges and legal action.
