“It was so pleasant . The view of the pool on the property and bar as well from the balcony was nice. Bar food and drinks were good. The security and bar tender were attentive and kind. I will def go back. We felt safe walking the property at night and it is gated . Plenty of parking .”

Ottimi i due ristoranti e anche la panetteria. Il personale è risultato sempre cortese, disponibile e sorridente. “The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. “The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden.
The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant.
However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold.
In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. We didn’t feel welcome at all while checking in and she was always somehow rude every time we spoke with her.
Moreover the staff at cabana...
