Hotel in zona Zakopane Centrum, Zakopane

“Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

“Great location but could use better signage. (FYI....It is right behind the Starbucks.) NO ELEVATOR. Not a deal breaker but it was a challenge with bags. People should know that it is not staffed 24 hours so no one at the desk in the evening. Staff extremely helpful when on property. Breakfast is wonderful!!!”

“Posto molto bello e struttura nuova.

“near the centre”

“Very disappointed with their customer service. We had an emergency and they had no compassion for cancellation. The building is ugly, but that is not very important! We were very stressed out because of their lack of heart!”

“This apartment is so perfect as it was so central plus we had private parking. The interior is gorgeous including the kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, a rain shower in the bathroom and a swivel tv in the lounge/bedroom. Ample space plus an outside sitting area. We had 3 nights there and could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delivered to the door and it was different every day and so much. We loved it thank you so much. ”

“Perfect stay, 100% recommended ”

“Ottima esperienza in bella struttura.

“Tutto molto bene ”

“I’ll start with pros: good breakfast, nice views, and decently sized room. Cons: No AC, room does not get fully dark, bathroom was at a slant for us so we could only bathe, tub leaked, and again let me repeat NO AC. They also don’t do room service so if you’re staying more than 2 nights that could be a problem.”

“Terrible place! Avoid! I booked premium double room for my parents. I was shocked when they sent me photos of what room they got. Tiny room with 2 single beds, no space to even open door to bathroom. The bed mattresses had springs coming out so my parents had 3 sleepless nights. I can see from other reviews that other guests complaint about the beds for a few years now and the hotel didn’t bother to replace them! The photos online are presenting rooms as a premium but what you get it’s...

“Absolutely beautiful hotel. Large well decorated room. The lobby was spectacular. Great underground parking. Excellent breakfast. Just a short walk from the main road. Hotel was so nice we added an extra night!”
