“We just booked a weekend stay with our 3 grandkids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. The breakfast was fine. I am disappointed that the pool was closed for painting the weekend we booked. No one told us!! We had 3 grandchildren with us and that is why we booked the BW, was the pictures of the nice pool. Would have been nice to have been told so could have had an option to look elsewhere. The room temp was set at 73. Not pleasant with 3 hot kids and no pool. We left...

“Our room was OK. When we got there, there was nobody at the front desk. We probably waited maybe seven or eight minutes before somebody even came. She said that she was doing several jobs because she was the only one there. We were on the third floor and the icemaker didn’t work.”

“Great hotel, recently renovated. Very clean. Breakfast was not great to say the least. Despite the fact that it was served until 10am, by 8:30 they ran out of most breads, butter, yogurt. We stayed numerous times at the Embassy Suites at Lexington Green and their breakfast was always amazing. Unfortunately the one at the Coldstream location does not even compare.
However it is still a very nice place to stay.”
