Schöner Urlaub, gute Unterkunft

Lage ist sehr gut. Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und reicht für 2 Personen. Parken muss man leider im Parkhaus. Ist aber machbar.

Had a great time

In my opinion it was one of the best apartments to live in when you want to have some relaxed holidays in Zandvoort. Right next to the pedestrian area around the corner, with a lot of restaurants and possibilities to walk around. Nothing was missing in the apartment, very beautiful interior design which looked modern, clean and with everything you need to get through the day. We felt very good staying there and we will definitely come back!!

Appartement in Zandvoort

Mooi afgewerkt appartement met de luxe extra's en compleetheid van een hotel. Klein maar compleet en luxe "feel". Vlakbij strand, supermarkt en verschillende horeca gelegenheden. Duidelijk en efficient inchecken met digitale uitleg ter voorbereiding. We misten enkel overgordijnen of een rolluik voor de grote raampartij van de woonkamer, waardoor het daar koud optrok en er veel geluid doorkwam van de sportsbar en het casino tegenover.

My stay at smiling host in Zandvoort

It’s located central next to the Kerkstraat and nearly to the Beach. The apartment was clean and had a very nice interior. I hope, that I will come back for another one. Thank you very much! Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht!

Der Übernachtungspreis ist nicht gerade günstig. Dafür erwarte ich dann eine perfekte Wohnung mit u. a. funktionierenden Elektrogeräten, Sauberkeit und ein gutes Bett. Die Spülmaschine war undicht und nach einmaliger Nutzung war Spülen per Hand angesagt. Da wir die Handtücher der Küche zum Abdichten genutzt hatten, wurde uns trotz Zusage bis zur Abreise keine neuen Handtücher gebracht. Wir mussten mit der Hand spülen und hatten nichts zum Abtrocknen. Das Geschirr und die Kochtöpfe waren zum Teil schmutzig. Es wurde uns angeboten, einen Termin auszumachen, damit jemand wegen der Spülmaschine vorbei kommt. Wenn ich nur einen Kurzurlaub mache, will ich meinen Tag nicht damit verbringen, in der Wohnung zu sitzen und auf jemanden zu warten. Als Hausverwaltung sollte man hinbekommen, zugesagtes auch umzusetzen und bei Abwesenheit nach der Spülmaschine zu schauen. Ärgerlich! Die Matratze war zu weich. Dazu eine Matratze und eine Decke für zwei Personen. Wenn sich einer bewegt, ist der andere wach. Ich kenne niemanden, der das gut findet. Es gab wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, der Schrank war viel zu klein. Der Esstisch war auch viel zu klein, obwohl auch Platz für einen größeren Tisch vorhanden gewesen wäre. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung Wert auf ein stylische Aussehen gelegt und weniger auf Praktikabilität! Ansonsten ist das Haus extrem hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort und jeden Schritt der anderen Bewohner. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, was auch wichtig war, weil aufgrund der Möwen es nicht möglich war, das Fenster zu kippen. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen, weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses nicht gestimmt hat.
