Salve, Vi ringrazio per i commenti positivi. Concordo con voi che Nella, il nostro cucciolo di border collie, non dovrebbe entrare in piscina, neppure per un secondo. Purtroppo pero in questi mesi fa molto caldo e Nella tende a volte a disobbedire. Non e' facile tenerlo sotto controllo e l'atteggiamento di incoraggiamento di molti ospiti certo non aiuta. Posso comunque rassircuravi in merito al fatto che Nella e' un cucciolo vaccinato, pulito ed assolutamente privo di pulci e parassiti. Continueremo ad educarla, sperando anche nella collaborazione degli ospiti dell'hotel . Cordialmente, Claudia

Hi Paer thank you for feedback. We apologize if it happened you had sometimes to wait longer at the restaurant. I noted your comment on the fact that, a person among the head staff, have been criticizing the behaviors of another member of the staff in front of you. I agree with you that this should always take place in private however there are situation where an urgent action might be needed in order to prevent a delay in the service which for us remains as much as possible a priority. Seen from this perspective, I believe that a constructive critic, with civil tones as I am sure it has occurred, even if in the presence of another person, should not be judged as unprofessional.
