“We had to cut our visit in Cesky Krumlov short. We were supposed to sleep in Penzion Regina for 5 nights,but slept only 2 nights. Everything what we ask the women ,she answered not my problem. We told her we will have to leave. “I have no complaints- this hotel is excellent and I would stay here every time I’d go to Cesky Krumlov. The views- GORGEOUS. The distance from the bus station and to the castle? Absolutely perfect. The place is 100% clean (the tub was stained but they did the best they could. Everything they could clean was clean.) The ambience of the room itself was immaculate- it really felt like nostalgia. "My stay was fine. The room was centrally located, big enough, with access granted through a key suitable both for room and for outside building. Breakfast was fine, in general with anything you may need. The breakfast room is very wonderful and decorated. Personnel is kind both at reception and at breakfast. These were the pros. The cons are that breakfast room is quite small, so there can be crowd and no tables available from time to time. Personal room is quite dark, with very weak light entering from windows, and very hot (no air conditioning). The biggest cons is that I was not located in the main building, the one with reception and breakfast, but about 50 metres far. Hence the room was not as those shown on main website page. I think that a good and professional communication was required, to clarify the different location compared to what booked."

"La camera era pulita ed il personale disponibile. Per il parcheggio non ci sarebbero grossi problemi se, attorno alla piazza non fossero tutti a pagamento 24su24, però nella stradine adiacenti si trova, anche lì a pagamento dalle 18.00 alle 08.00. Essendo la per lavoro ho optato per il parcheggio dell'hotel a 25€ al giorno. Colazione direi discreta, uova affettati e formaggi, yogurt fresco, frutta e dolci ecco questi ultimi non eccezionali, mancano le brios. Ristorante discreto."
