Pensioni a Zarautz

“We stayed 2 nights. Good location 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check-in was through a kiosk that wasn’t intuitive. Once we checked in, the key cards to the hotel room stopped working and had to be replaced. Then the AC stopped working on the 2nd night. Parking is also difficult in the town.”

“Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned.”

“Esperienza molto molto positiva.

“We appreciated the tea room but our room was extremely small, quite no space and the bathroom without bidet”

“No air conditioning, just a small fan on the ceiling which doesn't work unless the light is on. No double bed. Mattress quite uncomfortable. Toilet and room spotlessly clean, and the owner was very kind. The location is perfect to visit the main spots close by the beach”

“Posizione ottima, perfetta. ”

“Very clean, great location, very friendly staff”

“Cleanliness - there were two showers, one of which had a concerning white growing in spot in the corner Staff - I did not receive instructions regarding check-in in advance of the reservation. I had to proactively reach out the day of and did not receive key retrieval information until a few hours before our reservation. The initial communication stated that this information would be shared 24 hours before our reservation Property condition - the picture frames and lamps in our room where...

“Vicinissimo al centro, camera pulita e perfetta! Personale cortese e disponibile.”

“The location of the hotel. Its a short walk from the attractions”
