"Despite having requested a room cleaning, when I returned back around 4:00 PM, the room still hadn't been made up (with the "make up my room" sign still attached to the door). I requested a cleaning, specifying that I would be going out again for a couple of hours to the SPA Center, and they assured me the staff would come immediately. When I returned, the room still hadn't been cleaned. I went back to reception, and the staff was even rude, claiming that the hotel was full and that the cleaners would be working until 8:00 PM! Unacceptable. I will never book here again. Furthermore, the SPA Center shown in the photos isn't inside the hotel, but in an adjacent building. It's certainly close (a 1-2 minute walk), but you still have to leave the hotel to enter another building."
