“Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen! Die Lage ist gut, die Bushaltestelle (Bus ins Stadtzentrum Pilsen) ist ca. 3 Minuten (Fußweg) entfernt. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle Fragen die wir hatten, wurden freundlich und hilfreich beantwortet. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist frisch und ausreichend, wenn es tatsächlich auch etwas abwechslungsreicher sein...

“Getting into the apartment took a little trial and error with the code provided. The code provided after check in didn't work. I had to call a couple of times and wait for 15 mins before I heard from someone that they were looking into it & provided a functional building code. After getting in, we found the previous guest's socks and underwear left behind the door in the bathroom.
