A 2BR farmhouse with private pool in Zebbug & BBQ

Welcome to our exquisite 2 bedroom home nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Zebbug.

Upon entering the property our guests are greeted by a lovely living area with large sofa and TV with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for both long and short term rentals.

The top floor has also access to two large bedrooms, which could easily sleep 4 guests in complete comfort.

Also included is a private lovely pool with outdoor furniture. WIFI & AC included.

This charming apartment offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Gozitan charm. Spread across two levels, it provides ample space for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.

Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for your privacy and convenience. Wake up to beautiful views and bask in the natural light that floods through the windows.

- Guest Bedroom: The triple guest bedroom is perfect for friends or children, with one double bed plus a single bunk bed on top, and tasteful decor that reflects the local culture. It is a cozy haven where you can recharge after a day of exploration. Additionally, a fold out bed and a travel cot are available on request.

Bathrooms:
The apartment boasts two well-appointed bathrooms, including the en-suite in the master bedroom. Both bathrooms feature modern fixtures, fresh towels, and all the amenities you need to start and end your day feeling refreshed.

Living and Dining:
The open-plan living and dining area is a welcoming space to relax and unwind. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats six, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals or local delicacies prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

***IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ PAYING ATTENTION***

Environmental Contribution
As announced in the 2016 Budget, the Government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation as from June 20th, 2016. The main objective of this Environmental Contribution is to improve quality along the tourism value chain. In fact, all revenue generated from this initiative will be directed solely and exclusively to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others.
The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
A heads up that during the nice season, insects such as flies is a common problem on the island. We do provide repellent spray which normally work well, but expect to see the occasional insect during your trip!

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged. 
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client's real consumption.

Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.

Swimming Pool Waiver and Release of Liability:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay.
• The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool.
• You recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks.
